how do i contact jira admin

im trying to reset my password for minecraft java edition. i tried to play this morning but the game said i had to migrate to microsoft. i have forgotten my password for minecraft and trying to reset it sends me to a page where i fill out my email/user name and its sposed to send an email...im not getting any and the page said if im not getting the emails that i need to contact jira admin. couldnt find out how to do the so i just had to set up a new account here and fill out all this stuff.

@John Schrock , I think you’ve reached the wrong forum. I’m guessing that there was a link in some support page for Minecraft that landed you here. This form is a support form for Atlassian and addon products.

Yep, we won't really be able to help here. But I found on mojang's site some steps you can try to take with them to be able to login to the account.

If you are still unable to get that email, then that page has some other steps you can try to follow:

If you no longer have access to the e-mail address tied to your account please contact Mojang support.

If you use a username to log in (instead of an email address), you're using an outdated account. Check this help article for instructions on how to reset your password.
