Hello @Issac Jacob Zarate

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What happens when you try to access the data?

Can you access any other data in Jira?

Were you using a Free subscription for Jira Cloud?

When was the last time you accessed the data?

Atlassian has a policy about deactivating inactive free subscriptions. After deactivation they will permanently delete the data. They send warning emails to the Organization Admins before taking those actions.

To check if you can still reactivate it go to https://admin.atladdian.com/billing

Click the Subscriptions page and the Inactive tab.

Do you see Jira there with a Reactivate option? If so you can use that to try to recover your data.

Were you accessing a Jira subscription you set up for yourself or was it set up for you by another person?

As I mentioned, Atlassian has a policy about deactivating inactive subscriptions, but would've sent emails to the Organization Admin before taking action. If you set up the subscription for yourself, then you would be the Organization Admin. Check your email to see if those messages were delivered to you.

Unfortunately Atlassian does not publish what the period of inactivity is that triggers the deactivation process.
