I am trying to understand how individual team members' velocity has been impacted by a variety of factors including taking on large tickets vs a succession of small tickets, PTO of your Sr. Devs etc.
I know how to see the team Velocity in a report, but can I filter that to see individuals' velocity? Ex: how many issues were in their name in the "in-progress" swim lane, that were marked as done by the end of the sprint? In other words, out of our total Velocity, what was the % contributions from each engineer?
