how do I add the zendesk listener

how do I add the zendesk listener

I have configured zendesk integration but need to install the listener in Jira. This is not obvious and the zendesk instructions don't appear possible.

OnDemand comes with all the necessary plugins/listeners to be connected with Zendesk. If you need a more specific support, please raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com.
