how can we give only edit permission to user mailing list for submitter

Permisson should be only for editing "user mailing list" field not for complete edit issue

Hello, Good day. If we provide edit issue permission then this applies to all users. Please check if the following workaround helps. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/restrict-field-editing-to-specific-user-1189510558.html#:~:text=Create%20a%20New%20Screen%20and,and%20not%20to%20anyone%20else.
