you can't get such an overview on your own. Project administrators can tell you your permissions in their project and Jira Administrators can see an overview of your permissions across all projects.
Thanks for the fast answer Thomas, it is a pity you can not see it yourselves without bothering administrators but I know now that I don't have to keep searching for this feature.
