how can i export transition time in Excel with JMWE

I would to like to export the picture below in an Excel.

You can't export this data directly, as it is not an issue field. Furthermore, the transition history of a single issue would be a whole table, and Excel doesn't support tables inside cells. 

However, you can use the Jira Misc Custom Fields app to expose some of that information as calculated issue fields (e.g. "Time in Specifying status"), which can be exported to excel.
