how can I request a new issue type for my JIRA? Microdelivery issue type

For our Concur JIRA I would need to create a new issue type called Microdelivery containing Subtasks 

1. commercial third party

2. Free and Open Source

3. ECCN

4. User Assistance in English and relevant languages

5. Further issues 

6. Test of new Features Traceability

7. Operations

8. Deprecation

Hi @Sonja Lang , what type of project is this for, Company Managed or Team managed? You should see this in the lower left corner when viewing the project.

if CMP you will need to have the necessary permissions to add the issue type. Check if you have access to project settings.

if TMP you need to be a project admin and you can go into project settings > issue types and add an issue type.

if you are not an administrator please seek out your admin for assistance.

Regarding the sub-tasks if you need to create these every time you creat the new issue type then you can use Automation to do so.

trigger - issue created

condition - type = microdelivery 

actions - create sub-task
