In that case, the best first step is to ask your internal IT/helpdesk or whoever manages company software access.
If he leaved company, IT can often temporarily reactivate the former admin's mailbox to trigger a password reset and get back in and create new Admin.
If that's not an option, contact Atlassian Support directly to verify company ownership and handle the official admin recovery. We in the community don't have backend access to these sites.
