hi In JIRA we have option of Exporting Issue in to word file but Activities happened History and work log all this things are not getting captured in this word file can you help how to get this configured

As you can only export filters and the columns are just selected from fields in the issues, it seems there is no way to have history of activities exported. you can print the history of changes of every issue instead.
