@James holman - hi James! You can't use the Cloud app, but you can use the Server app (also works for Data Center).
You'll want to confirm with the Jira admins (if you're not an admin) if the mobile app is supported for their Jira instance, however. Sometimes you need to be on VPN to access, or their instance is behind SSO.
