global automation triggering not working when the field value changed in the transition workflow

i am trying to trigger the global automation rule to auto update the summary field when the field value changed , but here i am using the fields(Fix Number, fix versions, fix module, fix type)  which are associated with the transition workflow that is EditFixId action.(

Are you using the 'Field value changed' trigger? If yes, please verify that all the operations are selected.

If the 'Transition Issue' operation is not selected, rule will not trigger for field values changed during transition.

I hope this helps. If this doesn't address the issue, please share your rule details along with the audit logs.
