get field value in scriptrunner

I am using jira server. I have created a scripted field(Defect-Point) and for calculation of it , I am not able to get values of severity, priority field from issue.

Can someone please help me with that?

https://library.adaptavist.com/search?page=1&products=jira&term=field has a load of example scripts for working with fields.  I'm guessing you're going to want more than just "read the field" later, so might as well see if someone has already done most of the work for you.
