gadget.login.forgotpassword not working in 6.0.8

Is the property "gadget.login.forgotpassword" changed in JIRA 6.0.8? I tested on 5.2.5 and it was working but not on 6.0.8.

Removed the work cache and flushed browser cache. Now the link is not there.
