We are getting gadgets error on system dashboard , please look at below screen shot any one kindly help us to resolve this issue .

try to look into developer tools in your browser. Which type of error is showing?
What about Jira base URL? Or misconfiguration of web proxy server?
@Petr Vaníček i'm not sure about how can configure that error in browser tools , Jira base URL is same there is no misconfiguration

Ok, then what about errors in application log in INSTALL-DIR/logs/atlassian-jira.log?

So based on screenshot it looks like DNS problem. Try to use domain name which can be resolved by DNS.

You need to proper configure HTTPS for you Jira instance.

Also I recommend you to check your DNS for record for configured domain and will be better if you will use some FQDN.
