forwarded mail doesnt received in JIRA HD system

Hi i create some rule in my exchange server when I receive mail from xxx@xxx (in my domain) he forward mail to Jira HD but the mail not register in system. When I send normal mail its is ok.
I Enable debug incoming mail but i dont see nothing special.
