For Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence, etc.) you can reset your password yourself:

1. Go to https://id.atlassian.com/login
2. Enter your email address and select Continue
3. On the password screen, select Can't log in? (or go directly to https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword)
4. Check your inbox for the reset link (also check spam)

If no email arrives, the account may be registered under a different address, or your company manages logins through SSO. In that case password reset happens on your company's side, contact your Jira admin or IT.

If your company runs Jira on its own server (the URL is not something.atlassian.net), there is no self-service reset, your Jira administrator has to reset it for you.
