***fixed*** - Some questions about using Jira Forms

Hello,

I have some question, hope you can help, but it's not urgent, I just play to learn. 🙂

When I create multiple forms, they all have the same text as content. Is that correct?

Is it normal, that the answer from forms then goes into the board as a task?
Which kind of questions are predestined for such a usecase?
We would manage new projects like, new product, organize a fair or something like that.

When I create a Forms query I cannot select other types, e.g. with radio buttons. Is this only available in Jira Service Management?
