Is it possible to bind several filters to the board? And if not, is it possible to connect one general filter with other smaller ones?

You can add Quick Filters to a board if you want to reduce the displayed issues to a subset of the main filter. Quick Filters affect only the display and can be turned on and off on demand by the user viewing the boards.

You can only have one filter tied to a board.

unfortunately, you can link just one filter to your board and you can't connect different filters.
