I have a field with more than 200 value (244) , if Iwant to update the value, the begin of the list is blanked , i can see only from 121 to 244, not the 120 first of the list

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
UI display limitation in Jira custom fields—most likely a Select List (single choice/multiple choice) or Labels field with too many options (in your case, 244 values), and the first 120 values are not visible or selectable when trying to edit the field.
