You'll need to look at the mapping you identified while importing your csv file. You seem to have selected a project key / name to import issues into and probably issues in your CSV file that have a different issue key. The issue key of your issues must match the project key you are trying to import the issues into.
That's the best I can make of it with this amount of information. If that is not entirely what is wrong here, please share more details of your csv file and import settings.
