external system import - not able to continue for update issues

UPDATE: it works now after adding a blank summary column to the file... however, I go through the update and no labels are being added. Do I need to add the label values first to the list in JIRA before uploading so it has one to add that exists?

My csv file is this:

issue key,summary,labels

DEV-308,,Stripe

I am using the old way to external system import csv.

My file with contains an issue key and labels column to update labels on the existing jira issue.

However, I can't click next.

Please let me know.. I have 1000s to update.

nvm figured it out.. need the summary value, which seems like a pain since I already have the issue key
