 You can export dashboards or a list of gadgets to PDF using JIRA PDF View Plugin 

If you want to re-produce the charts in Excel, use the Better Excel Plugin. It allows to export JIRA issues, and create any chart from the named range that encompasses the issue list! See this tutorial.

Assuming that your question is how do I export a filter shown in the dashboard to excel?

 

click on the filter name in the footer of the gadget to get to the filter screen. Then select export
