Hello. I need to start 20 identical projects in jira. We work in IT, where we provide IT equipment to the company, we provide 20 producers, we provide the same mail services from a niche and we send help. A ready-made project in JIRA on IT is for creating opportunities for us to create a new way with the help of being able to create much-needed own needs, but through them to do it manually. How to make? I want each project to have a calendar of planned work at the client's and a knowledge base on how we solved technical problems in his company.
I found a solution. I created one project in the "managed by the company" category, not by the team, and then when creating another one in the same category, I could mark that it would download settings from an earlier project.
Welcome to the community, @ŁUKASZ PASIK.

With our Jira cloud app Deep Clone for Jira you can clone entire company-managed projects, including issues, components and versions. You can read more about that topic in our documentation.
Please note that due to technical constraints, not all project settings can be cloned at the moment.

There are several apps with configuration management functionality available for Jira.
Using those, you should be able to set up the "project template" once, then clone it 20 times to have a consistent config.
