jira.security.JiraSecurityFilter] Rejecting security-sensitive request that bypassed Johnson filter
Hi,
I understand that you got some error when trying to login to Jira. And that checking the logs you found this warning message. However this message doesn't tell us specifically what caused this. This particular log message is a side-effect that just records that the login manager within Jira was unavailable to handle this request. Jira throws this error when a resource is being requested by an unauthenticated user and the login manager hasn't been able to login the user.
If you were unable to login to Jira at this time, then I would expect that the logs will have some other details that could help us to identify the source cause here. Could you let me know what version of Jira this is? And was Jira in the process of starting up when this error is generated?
I came across at least one other support case where Jira appears to be starting up and has not yet finished loading all the components/plugins needed to handle login requests, in which case it could explain this behavior.
If you'd like to capture a support zip I would be interested to review it. However our Community site does not permit file uploads at this time. You could upload this to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox and then share a link to that file with us.
Cheers,
Andy
