Hello,
I'm trying to disable for my user two-step verification method, and getting message "something went wrong. Refresh the page and try again. If this keeps happening , let us know using the link below".
I was trying it yesterday several times and today is the same.
Any help here?

From Atlassian's documentation: "Be aware that if your organization admin has required you to have two-step verification enabled, and you disable it on your account, you won't even be able to log in to enable it again. See enforced two-step verification for more information."
Are you using a managed account? If you are not and you are getting this error after following the steps listed here: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/ you will need to contact support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
