En segundo lugar, ¿qué sucede cuando intentas acceder a tu sitio Jira? ¿Tuviste éxito al iniciar sesión en el sitio? ¿Te dice que no tienes acceso? ¿Puedes entrar pero no ves ningún proyecto?
¿Cuándo fue la última vez que accedió exitosamente a los datos?
Con los sitios gratuitos, si el sitio está inactivo durante 120 días, Atlassian lo desactivará y eventualmente lo eliminará, según esta documentación.

First I recommend that you edit your post and remove your email. This is a publicly accessible forum. Bad actors may view the information and spam your email otherwise try to cause problems with it.
Second, what happens when you try to access your Jira site? Are you successful in logging in to the site? Does it tell you you don't have access? Can you get in but you don't see any projects?
When was the last time you successfully accessed the data?
With free sites if the site is inactive for 120 days then Atlassian will deactivate the site and eventually delete it, as per this documentation.
