Hello,
I have been encountering the following issue as i was trying to migrate data from local server to the cloud.
per the guide, i have reached the step in which i was required to insert my server's base url from which i want to upload the data.
Upon clicking on it and selecting to which jira cloud site i want to migrate the data.
once i click on confirm. i get the following window, a 500 page alert error, which redirects me back to the home page and once i try
migrating again i get the following message "jira error occurred communicating with server".
Please help me with this reacquiring issue, and how to overcome it
