Every time I try to access a project, I'm met with the error.

 

I've cleared my cookie cache and history.

If you are on a paid plan, reach out to Atlassian support with the error code via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ - to investigate what is happening on your site, you would need support from someone who can access your environment.
