error 500 on jira

Hello,

Got an license and after the install i got a 500 error page on my projects. please advise what to do, this isn't normal. on trial it worked, now with license isn't working anymore. fix this asap, or refund me.

It says the user does not have permission to use the database. You'll need to grant it the right privileges and restart Jira

Well... THANK YOU. it WORKS.

In the trial it was working ok. Got a license then got the 500 error.

What does the log file say the problem is?
