I have a user who says she didn't get email notifications on a ticket that she is on, even when called out in comments with an @.
We run Jira Cloud - is there a way to see logs or trace what emails were sent, so I can confirm emails were send to her?
Thanks.
Hi @Matt
If you are looking for a better way to manage notifications in Jira Cloud, I believe that our app Notification Assistant for Jira might be of interest.
It provides you with the tools to create fully customizable templates, notification schemes, ad-hoc emails, and includes a comprehensive activity log:
Feel free to book a demo session if you'd like to know more.

Hello @Matt
There is not a log file in Jira Cloud for reviewing sent emails.
Has the user reviewed their Notification Settings?
Click on the gear icon near their avatar and choose Notification settings.
Through that page many notifications can be disabled by the user. Ensure that the user has all the notifications enabled.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Thanks Trudy, I appreciate the reply.
I started with those settings and I may have solved it for this user (permissions) but I was still curious of any method to confirm mails were sent or triggered by an action, as others often ask me or tell me they didn't get an email notification.
Cheers,
Matt
