The 8-digit verification code to identify emailed to our email addresses (<user>@onmarc.nl ) are sometimes delayed for a couple of hours. We use the atlassian login account to login in to a support system of our partner Celebrus. sometimes we receive the 8-digit verification code in a minute and sometimes after a few hours. We see no other issues with our mail system.
This issue is most likely caused by the underlying email routing. If you are very technical, you can look at the email headers of the incoming verification code email to see where the delay is. You might need to ask an admin at your org for help to interpret the headers.
