Hi Community

I'm trying to automate "send email" after the creation of a specific type of request, I managed to create the automation rule. My question is it possible to have the same content as The  user created an issue. email generated by jira

Hi @Aymane jilali

Do you want to send the description of your ticket in the body of your email?

you can create your own HTML rendering by injecting html tags into the body of your email and enabling the HTML rendering optioncustommail.png

i'm not so familiar with HTML tags, I wonder if there's an easy path to get this info, or duplicate it from the jira system

No, it's not possible. The only way is to go through specific HTML injections.
