email issue

we have two jira instance's in our organization
one jira instance has gmail for outgoing mail
and another has office365.
if i recive mail from jira instance which gmail is configured means will come with assignee name, for example: if a person is tagging me and commending means ill recive the mail with person name who tagged me,
But if i recive mail from another jira instance where office365 is configured ill recive mail with the default name of that jira instance.
i have done all the setting means in system - Gendral configuration - Email from -${fullname} i have given but then also it is not going kindly need your support to complete this.

That looks OK. And the email from setting is really the same on both instances?
