Are you able to give me (and the Community) a little more detail to your problem?
From your current statement, I assume you are trying to plan a resource's/assignee's capacity within Jira. If this is the case, unfortunately Jira does not know of the concept of capacity for a resource, instead you will need to look for an add-on such as Portfolio for Jira or Tempo Planner, though there are more on the Marketplace.
