drag'n'drop on issue list - Issue Matrix

We recently installed Jira and I have admin duties.

We also have installed Issue Matrix, at least the free trial for the moment.

I am under the impression that Issue Matrix Issue Links Mode doesn't allow for a drag'n'drop feature. Is my impression correct?

Is that any way I can create an issue matrix of issueLinks and have it behave with a drag'n'drop feature?
