My collegae do receive notification emails from JIRA but the verification email to login to his account didn't send!
I tried to contact support but it seems impossible, AI keep sending my this public community or a FAQ even when i ask for a private support ticket
We had an incident today that's impacting the delivery of password reset or security related emails. It should be resolved shortly.
If your cloud site is on a Free plan, its entitled for community support only. But if you're on a paid plan, you should be able to raise a support request after interacting with the AI agent.
