i was wondering if atlassian products support BDR

It's not a case of supporting it.  They don't care if you choose to use it to replicate their databases.

But you won't be able to use those databases with other installations - replication can only be used for reporting, backups, and disaster recovery - you'll have your application hooked up to a master and all the replicated databases must effectively be slaves.   Nothing else can be allowed to change that master.
