detect failing system

hi,

which product we should use for "detect failing system"?

For ex. I have Database server, if there are any faillures or warning, they should alert in JIRA.

I wouldn't do this in Jira directly, I'd hook up your monitoring systems to Opsgenie (which can then raise stuff in Jira if the situation calls for it, not just throwing it all over the fence and dumping everything in Jira)
