When we create a ticket with a description entered on create. everything else that was entered on create screen make it except for the description.

Most probably you have an unwanted character encoding in the description field or probably you've exceeded the limit of 32k characters.

@Dinesh Baldawa are you using some Jira Apps to customize "Create Issue" screen? Can you check workflow "Create" transition and its postfunctions?
