Hello, I created a Jira account and jira discovery. I am the only user. I deactivated both. however,  I cannot delete my account because it says I am the only administrator for billing. I dont want the products anymore nor I want to be registered. how do I delete my profile permanently? this shall be way easier, rather then navigating millions of tabs! Thanks a lot!

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

If you had started product subscriptions and recently cancelled the subscriptions, it can take some time for that cancellation to fully process. Until then you would remain the billing admin for those products.

You can check billing accounts where you may be listed as the billing admin by navigating to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing
