define a dependesie type in advanced roadmap

Hai,
When I want to define a dependency type in Advanced Roadmaps, I do so by drawing a line between two issues. I then always get a fixed value and cannot change it by clicking on the line. How can I change this value to BV must be done after closing issue XXXX
without going to the Dependency screen. So really only from the roadmap see image.
