deactivated user with active directory

We have a deactivated user that need their account enabled.
Accounts are sync'd from an Active Directory.

In Jira User management they are deactived.
In Active Directory they are enabled.

We have tried removing access from AD and granting different access but this has not worked, any ideas?

Hi @Erin Moore Welcome to the Community!

The user should be added to the appropriate AD group under AD to enable the license in Jira.
