csv import - failed due to "Account is required"

Hi,

 

The import process throws error "[Account is required. ] 

 

In my csv file there is account information available. Not sure why it is not reading that information and why I get the above error. 

 

Can suggestions to resolve this issue?

Thank you Mohammad and Rachel for your guidance. 

The issue is resolved now, and I had to put the account id and not the account number.

Hi @Manish Wani,

Are you importing usernames?  If so, make sure you're using the Jira username, not a user's full name.  If that's not the problem, can you give us more info?  The following would be helpful:

  • A screenshot of the error
  • A snippet of your import file
  • Whether you're using the end user import or the admin import feature
