I was trying to create first jira project for free. when i pressed button " try for free", then new window open to create cloud account when i was trying to login they are showing same error constantly. However, i have mentioned error below with attached screenshot.
Error message :

it would be really appreciated if someone can help me to solve this issue.

I agree, there has seemed to be a spike in the number of users reporting this sign-up problem. I will raise this internally as well with our sign-up team so they can investigate this further.
In past such cases, these kinds of errors can occur when the user's session is unable to load a CAPTCHA element on the page to validate that the user is a real person. I'm not sure that is exactly what is happening here, but perhaps we can gather more information in the support case to investigate further.
