creating a notification using an additional custom field in the distribution scheme

Hi all. I want to understand why after adding a custom field in the notification scheme, messages are not received. Interested in all possible causes of the problem. 10X

Hi @Lisa K  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

In what aspect did you add a custom field to the Notification Scheme? Was it just an Add? Also, did you use the Permission Helper to see why a message was not received?
