create subtask doesnt appear

hi, everyone ,

i have some trouble(actually my team mates),

in my case, i can create subtask on story menu(attached below), but why on my team mates story menu, they cant add subtask, create subtask button doesnt appear on they account(attached below)

Hi Husnul Fadhilah,

Please check the permission scheme. After check the role assigned to you and your team. May be your team only have a view permission but not to create issue.
