Hi,

 I am getting this error "couldn't load plugin" when I try to download an excel attachment from a jira case.  I need help fixing this ASAP.  My chrome is up to date [Version 86.0.4240.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)]

I'm having a similar issue: when clicking on the file link listed in the Attachements plugin in a Confluence page I'm redirected to an empty page with the message "Couldn't load plugin".

Any workaround to this?
