converting projects to tasks

I would like to enquire about how to convert projects to tasks.

I am new to Jira and would like assistance with a tool or function.

In Jira, a project is a container for a pile of issues. Converting a project to a task is logically a complete nonsense.

Could you explain what you are trying to do in a bit more detail?

Hi Peter, welcome to the Community. This in fact doesn’t make sense. Projects consist of tasks so converting a project to tasks doesn’t make sense. Can you explain your goal more so I might assist?
