convert email information to PDF files including attachments

The received email information should converted into PDF files

This would be quite difficult, very clunky and probably pointless - people's email clients only usually support reading of pdfs at best, the content would not be of much use to most users.

Where did this requirement come from?  What problem would you solve by sending email content as pdf instead of simple (universally usable) text?
